I found your blog because I had a craving for spring pea soup. (The soup turned out really yummy.) You have a beautiful blog. I love your pictures!

Hi Erin, I found you blog through Holly's blogging course and I'm so happy I did. I've been on the hunt for new vegetarian recipes so your blog will be a great resource for me.

Erin--I'm constantly amazed at the recipes you post here. I've been a vegetarian for going on 6 years now, and I hate to admit it, but my cooking has gotten a little stale. You're unusual recipes and intriguing photos have really inspired me to start cooking with more joi d'vivre again.

You really should make a cookbook. I'm sure it would be a smashing success.

This is a fantastic blog!! I love your layout (esp the mini-pics on the side bar) and the simplicity of your blog (and food!). This is a go-to site for quick/yummy/easy recipes.
Thank you for sharing.

What a beautiful blog! I was thrilled to have found it. I can't get enough of beautiful food photography and your website is inspiring based on pictures alone! I've posted a link on my website so that more women are inspired to discover the happiness of cooking! Cheers & happy cooking!

Erin, your blog is beautiful- great design. More importantly, the food and recipes look great. After reading this, I'm inspired to cook (even in spite of the fact that it's 86 degrees!)

I am so excited to have found your blog! Working full time, being a mom, and obsessed with yummy and spicy (even my 18month old) food, I am always looking for some new ways to incorporate vegetables into dinner- and many of your recipes seem perfect. Thank you!!!

Erin-
I found your blog through another friend's blog -http://www.consciousshopper.blogspot.com/- (also named Erin)
Since my degree is in photojournalism and my dad is a portrait photographer I was struck by the photography- beautiful!
I currently live in Korea so some ingredients are not available to me but I plan to see if there's anything I can make here and I've bookmarked your blog so I can hopefully try some of these when I get back to the US in a little over a year.
Thanks!

Erin,
I was given your blog address from one of my blog readers, when I was asking for good vegetarian recipes. I feel like I have hit the jackpot! Your recipes look and sound outstanding--flavorful and healthful! Although I am not a vegetarian, I eat very little meat. I am always on the lookout for good vegetarian dishes. Your pictures are stunning! I am so excited to make your dishes! Thanks for a fantastic blog!
